WITO has continued to add to our list of the Midwest’s best hunting opportunities by adding over 3000 acres of prime hunting farms to our already long list of premier farms.

In late July through early August 2011 we will be making a trip to Thabazimbi South Africa to hunt with Dean Robinson of Adventures Africa. We have booked a 10 day archery hunting safari. We would like to take a group of 6 hunters so we have room for a couple more hunters if anyone is interested.

After finding several dozen sheds this year we are able to compare them to trail cam pics from the summer and fall. This is an example of a buck that we hunted this fall that we did not harvest, we were able to find this shed not 60 yards from where the picture was taken in November. Now we are sure that we are hunting him in the right area again this coming season. We’ll start running trail cams again within the next 30-45 days. Congratulations to Bill Jones on this 25 pound bird with an 11 inch beard. Shock and Bill hunted 4 hard days through the bad weather and it ended up paying off!
